All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping

  • Delivery across Egypt via a tracked courier service
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your governorate
  • Free shipping on all orders 3,000 EGP and above
  • Shipping fee applies to orders below 3,000 EGP
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide

Packaging

Every Caryatid order arrives in our branded packaging, designed to be kept, not discarded. 

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will resolve it immediately.
