Refund policy

At Caryatid, every piece is crafted from premium fabrics and finished with hand-applied details. We want you to be completely confident in your choice — which is why, with Caryatid, you can try before you buy.

Try before you buy. When your order arrives, you're welcome to try your pieces on for fit before you pay. Keep what you love and simply hand anything that isn't right back to the courier — you only pay for what you keep.

7-day returns. If you've accepted and paid for your order but change your mind, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and the hygiene seal/liner intact, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To initiate a return, message us on Instagram @thecaryatid.ar within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Faulty or incorrect items. If a piece turns out to be faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram @thecaryatid.ar with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Bundle & promotional items. Items purchased as part of a bundle follow the same return terms above. Where a return is accepted, the remaining item(s) revert to their individual price and the difference is adjusted accordingly.
