1. General: These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will confirm by WhatsApp before dispatch. Repeated non-receipt of COD orders may result in the restriction of the COD option for your account.
4. Payment We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed through Paymob), and Cash on Delivery. Payment is due at the time of order (card) or upon delivery (COD).
5. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy above, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property: All content on this site. including images, copy, logos, and design is the property of Caryatid and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caryatid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
